Not really. Rams had extra picks from the RG3 trade deal last year. Plus the 7th rounder is essentially a "trash pick". They basically paid a 2nd rounder to move up 7 spots, and got a better 3rd round pick in the process (swapped 3rd rounders with Buffalo).

Gotta remember, Rams have 2 1st round picks this year anyway - and still KEPT both of them with the deal.
