I gotta get my predictions on record before the seasons starts every year . I must say I've been pretty good at predicting Superbowls in the past. If I had any money I'd be betting.

I predict this year the Superbowl will be played in Cowboy Stadium!

But seriously folks

I'm definitely seeing a rematch of the 1997 Superbowl, New England vs Green Bay. I got a real good feeling about that, as opposed to changing my picks every day before the season officially starts. Last year I picked New Orleans vs Indy right off the bat but then changed it a couple times into a failed prediction :( - Not to say I won't be changing my mind on this one either :p

Patriots will beat the Steelers in the AFC championship game while Green Bay will be victorious over The Saints in the NFC

I see monster years for Brady and Aaron Rodgers, along with some new players stepping up on both teams (Rob Gronkowski ftw).

Oh yeah, and the winner? Green Bay! - Mainly just because I don't want any recent Superbowl winners win another one.

Who do you got in this year's Superbowl?

random stuff:

I think The Vikings will have a rough year, I don't see Favre having anywhere near as good of a season as he did last year. Plus they have WR issues.

The Chiefs and the Raiders will actually have impressive seasons for the first time in a long while.

As a lifelong Pat's fan I would like to agree but we have serious issues on the "D" line with Seymore gone (dumb move BB) and now Ty warren lost for season due to injury to many ?? marks. I do think Brady will rebound and have a great year but it's all for naught if we can't get anyone off the field on third down..

I think the AFC is too loaded for the Steelers to be in the AFC champ. game. Honestly, if Ben misses 6 games I think they'll be lucky to make the playoffs.

I am Die hard Saints... so I have faith. With that said I feel like something is going to go down with Baltimore and Washington... I just see those two having a helluva year

I don't think the Patriots have it this year. The offense is looking pretty good, but the defense isn't. Maybe next year. :(

I am all for the Pat's offense, but when i see there defense, it makes me cringe. I see this year being no different (see the Ram's pre season game)

Lady Gaga will perform at half time. She will experience a wardrobe malfunction. All questions will be answered.

Yeah it could be the Colts, Bengals or Titans in the AFC championship game with the Pats. The Steelers have a pretty easy schedule though and big ben will be back mid season, so I wouldn't count them out. If they're smart they'll play Dixon until Ben gets back. Anyways, I'm all about superbowl predictions, not AFC/NFC predictions.

Agree that Pats have made some very questionable moves getting rid of their best players the past 3 or 4 years. Especially on defense. Makes me wonder. They'll just outscore most teams though. Moss and Welker are still there :D

I don't think anyone under the age of 70 is allowed to do the half time show.

MTV was banned, but that doesn't mean they won't invite someone younger. It has to be someone good though, so you'll probably never see Lady Gaga.

LOL @ the Steelers prediction in the AFC Championship. The Steelers aren't even the best team in their division (maybe not even the second best), let alone one of the top two in the AFC.

In the AFC, I see it coming down to the Chargers, Colts, or Ravens to be honest. I could be wrong, but I personally believe the Pats are done and while the Jets could surprise me, I won't pick them because they're the "sexy" pick this year.

In the NFC, I like the Vikings, Packers, and Saints. I think you can toss the entire NFC West from consideration. The Cowboys are a possibility as well, but I think they'll self-destruct. My thinking is the New Orleans dodged a bullet last year in the NFC Championship against the Vikings and it won't happen again this year.

I'm going to say Ravens vs. Vikings. Though I would not be surprised if the Packers represented the NFC. I do hope the Colts represent the AFC, but I doubt it will happen.

Apparently I missed that the Steelers are the worst football team ever? :p - I am sorta rooting against them though :D

How do the 49ers still have Alex Smith as a QB? Seems like he's had his opportunities in the past. Did he somehow magically get better?
