I like David Hobbs, he used to be better 10+ years ago though when he'd actually say what was on his mind.

confirmed, speed is delaying of the broadcast of qualifying by 1 hour to make way for 2 1/2 hours of nascar qualifying. so it's 2 pm on tv, 1 pm everywhere else. this, after speed making a big deal about eliminating their 15 minute qualifying delay. during this time, fox will be airing back-to-back episodes of grey's anatomy.

I actually the antics of that broadcast team. They made Monaco funny.

I do like the pre-race show on BBC a little better though. Coulthard, Jordan and Brundle are fun to listen to. I also love Brundle's pole position on board commentaries.

i like the speed commentators, but there is no comparison with the quality or quantity of the bbc production - that is a first-class sports tv program right there.

It is on FOX Sports.. and since we don't get that.. it is being broadcasted by a local affiliate here in So IL.

I feel as though I was the only one Cheering on Schumaker. I wanted to see the rain man return to form. He did, but then it dried out. The Mercedes just doesn't have the pace in dry conditions.

I didn't get to see the end of the race because of the long red flag session because my wife and I went to see a Padres baseball game. I'm going to DVR the replay on Speed today and watch it tonight.
