2010 World Powerlifting Comp Results

i lifted in the WABDL world championships in las vegas and did the following:

lift 1 - 440 lbs. - easy
lift 2 - 512 lbs. - felt harder than it looked
lift 3 - 540 lbs. - couldn't have lifted much more

stats: 55 years old, 251 lbs body weight
results: 3 for 3, 1st place in my division

some people from my gym were there too. My coach benched, hit a masters world record I believe.

i trained differently - lower weight, higher reps, less frequent workouts,
and greater ROM.

In the new year thats when I'm going to hit it hard. Just rehabing the knee.

maybe 6' - i think lifting's made me shorter than i used to be.
