Yeah I'll have to read up on it, thanks. I like the fact that it's such a strategic looking sport without being the insane athletic heights of much of the rest of the Olympic sports (not that that's bad either). Sort of a thinking mans game, well at least it looks like it.

yeah, it's great listening to the commentators project the next shot and see if that happens. I love watching curling. some of the movements on the rocks are just insane.

US vs Canada mens hockey will be insane. I can still remember the street here going absolutely bat shit crazy when we won the gold against the US (was that the last game?). It was nuts, never seen that many flags or in my life

I love that I can watch Devils games on MSG, nationally broadcast Devils games on Versus, and apparently Olympic hockey games and almost always hear the familiar voice of Doc Emrick calling the game.

I guess they screwed up the start on the men's pursuit biathlon, started some guys at the wrong times. Blame Canada!

I would love to watch a US v Canada final....if only to be at a crazy excited sports bar with my friends.

Just started watching US v Switzerland(halfish through third), I'm actually surprised how well the Swiss are playing....and they just scored.

There were some weather delays here and there due to fog, but the second qualification round is on right now.

The women are getting eaten alive by the course with many of them falling and not finishing.

🙁 are the finals still going to be on at 2:40 pac time? Last i saw was Jacobellis qualified which is all i really cared about.

Probably. The qualifiers just finished and it's on to the quarterfinals now.

Edit, they just said 15 minutes until the finals... so 2:25-2:30 PST...

is there anywhere i can stream?

nbcolympics.com has streaming, but all I see live is curling.

That said, I'm watching the US v Japan match. I dunno why, but I find curling really interesting to watch, though I usually can't stand watching slow sports...like golf. Japan's cuties don't hurt either.
