The problem with the '$700 billion' figure used in 'purchasing oil from outside the country' is that the majority of the $$$ goes to Canada & Mexico ...

Biden's "We know what the cause is, the cause is man made" wasn't a very good answer either. But at least he slipped right into attacking mccain without a pause.

This moderator needs to harden the fuck up and make her answer the actual question.

She is answering, but very shortly, and then jumping right back onto her poorly prepared talking points.

But why is the moderator always making her go first, and letting Biden get the last word, last debate it was coin toss so they each could go last, but this always seems to be Palin first?

John McCain Warned Of Mortgage Collapse In 2005
http://www.theminorityreportbl...tgage_collapse_in_2005

"If Congress does not act, American taxpayers will continue to be exposed to the enormous risk that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac pose to the housing market, the overall financial system, and the economy as a whole."

Why do you guys bring this up. This is not a good thing for McCain. He was a last minute co-sponsor of this bill in 2005. He wasnt even involved in writing it. It never made it out of introduction despite the Repugs having the Congress and the Executive. It was reintroduced again in 2007--McCain dropped his sponsorship. So, is McCain a regulator? Or a do nothing Senator?

She sounds much more relaxed and confident now since the discussion has moved on to energy- too bad there's almost an hour still remaining.
