The sweet 16 games will be later. The UT/UL game will be at around 10PM EST.

I think this will be a great game. I'm a homer but I think UT will find a way to pull this one out. Everyone is looking at UL and how badly they are beating people right now but keep in mind that this is exactly how UT has played all year. A blow out is a rarity for them but they always find a way to hang around no matter what and I doubt there is anyone in the country who has played through more close games than the Vols. That is the one attribute about this team that makes them so dangerous when it comes to close games. Ask Memphis. ;)

*EDIT*
I've been meaning to ask, does anyone know why Butler was tagged as a 7 seed? They are #11 in the AP, #10 in the Coach's, and #17 in the RPI. WTF was the criteria used to seed them? UT just didn't get any kind of breaks at all in being the supposed #1 2-seed in the tournament.

I hope Longhorns can turn it around and overcome the big Stanford inside presence. Also would not be surprised if MSU knocked off Memphis.

UT will be ready. They've actually got a 4-1 record vs teams in the sweet 16 with wins @Memphis, @Xavier, neutral court vs. WVU, and WKU. Only loss came @TX.

PG could be the only issue I see going into Thursday night's game.

the prudential center in newark is hardly @TX.

It was the night after playing a tough game against WVU while Texas played New Mexico St. I'm not saying the Vols would have won on a normal night but the circumstances were definitely not favorable for their style of play.

He wasnt fouled once, but twice. How can you not call that? *sigh* UCLA is overrated, and keeps getting calls (or no calls) to win games for them. Im going to enjoy them getting beaten.

It's insane, you would think they were Duke or something. Ridiculous how they keep getting those calls.

I'd love to see the Cougars take down the Tar Heels tonight; it will be super tough, but I think they can do it if they bring their A defensive game and somehow keep Hansobrough in check, otherwise it's lights out.

It's only a foul when UCLA or Duke doesn't do it.

Sadly that's all too true.

The Louisville/Tennessee game should be awesome tonight.

UCLA has an uncanny ability to prevail in those close games. I've seen it again and again this season and I wouldn't bet against them. They don't look as formidable as Florida last year, though, nowhere near. In any case, what they did at the end of the Texas A&M game was amazing. A&M looked like a for sure win most of the game and then it happened again.

I'm seeing awesome games all up and down the Sweet 16, looking at the matchups.

LOL.. I'm in Pullman and they switched us to the Xavier/WVU game. Maybe they did me a favor.

I'm glad Alexander didn't cash in on that phantom foul. The Mousketeers don't deserve to lose that way.

I meant the free throw he missed late in regulation, when he wasn't fouled but got the call anyway.
