^ That's interesting. It doesn't sound like we're going to be getting a SupCom 2 soon, so that could be good or bad.

I really liked the 1st dungeon seige but havent played the next one...i still would like too now though (prob could get it cheap).

that game looks incredibly cool though and I like taylor also...that game could be interesting to see how developed it is

I don't know, but looking at this game--it's based around a single mode for some other game. Granted, that game is warcraft, but still, this isn't going to have a lot of tactical options. And it looks rather stupid from the sound of it--but who knows? At this point, I wouldn't shell out 50 bucks for this game.

Yeah me too. I haven't seen a single real screenshot for that game yet, but if they follow along the lines, it might be the next Battlefield 2--at least more realistic anyway.

Could be cool if it's the same game I'm thinking of... was operation flash point the one where you get shot once you are dead or crippled (imp or have blurred vision) ? If so that would be excellent. I am tired of Battlefield's Rambos and bunny hopping madness.

Star Craft 2 won't be coming out this year. Maybe next year.

And pray, how do you know?

I don't care, haven't played Starcraft, so it's not a big whoop to me.

It's Blizzard. I think they'll release it for 2011, maybe further down the line if they make more WoW expansions.

True. Touche, I should say.

I am too, but battlefield nerfed that shit a while ago. The bunny hopping is impossible, because the gun can't shoot when jumping, so that got solved.

But OPF was a good game, but I didn't get to play it. It has been cited as one of the best military shooters, etc. It's coming out for the consoles, so it'll probably simplified, but considering how complex the other one was, that might not be the worst thing. I don't want it being shit though, obviously.

Don't they have separate development teams working on WoW and Starcraft 2?

Yeah I'm pretty sure they do...but from a marketing standpoint they will not release a WOW expansion and Starcraft 2 in the same quarter...

i would think at least 5-6 months apart...because releasing both might cannibalize sales if they are even say a month of 2 apart...to keep blizzard a household name especially since the only have 3 franchised (large and popular but still only 3) they will need to separate the games out

Imagine if they released WOW exp and SC2 both in Sept '08 -- when would they come out with a new game? Could be a long time...

i want to find some MMORPGs that you dont have to pay for...

i love gw...and ive tried fury which was a waste

i want to play wow or ever city of heroes but I do not play enough to pay monthly...i wish some others would follow gws base

I was browsing around and I found out that Fallout 3 is going to be sold at $59.99... wth is up with this bs? Are PC games going to start costing as much as console games now?

And there was some innovating stuff in there - The Guitar Hero/Rock Band Saga continues to impress, and Nintendo is always doing interesting stuff with the Wii and DS.

Am I the only one who isn't even remotely interested in "rhythm games"?

It's like SIMON with better graphics and an expensive prop.

Those titles do absolutely nothing for me. I'm just saying, they're out there for those that want it.

Yeah like those games are innovative and such but an ode to south park why dont the kinds pick up a guitar and learn to actually play one...much better talent to have and can help intelligence over playing a video game

I don't think it's necessarily accurate to say playing an instrument makes you more intelligent than playing a videogame. Intelligence is more of an innate quality.

Now, back on topic.

GTA4

WoW expansion.

Alan Wake. I bet you a dollar it'll be just like Remedy's last adventure: Max Payne 2-- Pure awesome in a box that no one plays.

Dragon Age. The real NWN2.

Duke Nukem Forever? 🙂 (I do hope so. PC FPSs really need an injection of old-school fun, gore and scatology. Seriously.)

While I doubt it, I agree - the genre is ripe for someone getting back to basics...and I don't mean Doom 3 style.

I mean a rip rompin', guns a blazin', one liners a flyin', titties a bouncin', ass kickin', pedal to the metal FPS equivalent of a popcorn flick.

I really hope the game does come out someday :\

I agree.

I was a massive Duke Nukem fan and I would love to see this come out to rave reviews.
