I would definitely take the GTO over this car though. The GTO isn't the most beautiful car on the road, but it is decent looking (non-descript) and really has a quality engine and trans.

If they pop that LS2 in the engine bay...makes it even more desireable. The interior is pretty decent for a GM car too.

GM has said that they are putting the LS2 in the GTO.

Awesome. They look better in person than in pictures. Wish the convertable was a 4 seater so it would be more practical though :(

Meh....nothing special

you do not like anything

u must live in small world of pain

I like lots of things, it's just my likes rarely coincide with the kiddies/sheople on this site.

You must not like many things...you always seem to want to try to stand out as the only one that doesn't like something everyone else does.

That concept version looks much MUCH better. This one is ok, but it is going to look like crap once everyone has one and we're sick of it. I would rather get the current bodystyle myself. But man, that GTO sure is ugly as hell, no matter what engine is in it, I'd rather drive a nice looking slow car...

That's the hotness that I thought was going to be the "2005 Mustang". I almost vomitted when I saw the OP's pictures!

wtf? I'd much rather see 1 billion of these mustangs then the other one. How many mustangs do they sell a year? Isn't it in the 10-20 thousand range?

I think Floord did it right this time. Unlike the thunderturd, and that piece of hideous crap chevy truck - two cars that tried to tap into nostaliga, but instead tapped into the sensitive part of my gag reflex, this thing just looks manly.

The concept vert was a 2 seater the production version is a 4 seater just like every other mustang vert.

I'd rather take the GTO.

 WHY?

Looks like a glorified Sunfire :disgust:

And what do you think the original GTO was. A glorified Le mans. Thats right no differance but a badge and a engine swap to the 389.
Maybe so, but the le mans didn't look like a sunfire did it? :)

Nope, neither does the new GTO, so its ok.
