The outside looks great, but the inside looks cheap. I know they tried to go retro with the whole thing, but they forgot that the interiors of the older Mustangs sucked.

Gotta save money somewhere. An exterior is more important to most people.

I think that the new rustang looks hot!

I did and I did it hard.

This car drives better than it looks. I'm just waiting to order a convertible.
How are they going to be priced?

$17K - Base V6 Mustang
$25K - Base V8 Mustang GT
$28K - Base V8 Mustang GT Convertible

They should be available this fall, late September or early October

I can't believe I'm saying this about Foerd, but I do like it. They did a very good job on the interior.

did anyone watch the top gear review on this car? they said its gorgeous but the engine still sucks ass. it pumps out way too little power/ HP for its engine capacity, they really made fun of it. i'd reccommend you guys watching that episode!!

I'll have to watch it, I don't know how they could say that since it's a 281ci engine putting out 300hp to the rear wheels.

uhh no....
they said both the v6 and v8 will be under 20g

they look great in real life (i live in detroit so ive seen about 3 or 4 on the road). The only complaint i have is about the little window above the rear qp. It looks very outta place...

Uh, no. That article was wrong - it should have said or implied that the V6 is for under 20g. Quixfire does work for Ford's recall division and got to test drive the '05 months ago. I think he knows what he's talking about.

I don't know, I like the design of it, but imagin how many years we're going to have to see the retro mustang - it's going to be hard for Ford to make the next design. I'm a firm believer that vehicle designs shoudl be evolutionary, and IMHO, this is not. Look at the Beetle or PT cruiser - both are going to be VERY difficult to update when the next product cycle comes along.
