I would have took one for the team and offered up my services as long as there was a condom available. If needed I would have donkey punched her in the back of the head afterwards if that didn't do the trick.

There are some obvious differences between a nobody stranger, Jane Doe, and the President of the United States. I can't imagine why anyone would want to speak of POTUS, rather than a complete stranger / private individual. ;)

See, the President is relevant. Literally orders political assassinations, bombings of other countries, that guy can single handedly start world wars.

Meanwhile... we've a topic on the typical experience on an airplane these days. Only you didn't speak to a greater issue, or legit reason for discussion. The OP was limited to just the person. Not even "How did we get to this?", which affords discussion beyond the human subject. Which IMO would be the only reason not to lock this - is if we took this from an assault of a stranger to something to debate.

As others have said, we probably shouldn't let people get drunk on an airplane.
A nobody stranger, Jane Doe behaving like a complete ass in public - and, assaulting various people due to her horrid personality.

Legit reason for discussion is that this behavior, which is reported in the news, is terrible. Much like how we comment on terrible behavior of other people in any other situation - citizens, politicians, media folks, etc. If they are in the news, I feel they are fair game. If I am wrong, then the mods can act as they deem proper.

Are you trying to make this something other than what it is? Are you hoping she'll reach out to you for defending her and ask you to ask her to marry her? If so, I hope you can take a few punches... and shoves and screaming and kicks and headbutts.

I don’t know why they even serve alcohol on a plane. Only person paying for that over priced crap obviously has a drinking problem, then the airline is like wut?
I haven't flown in about 9 years, but if it's an international flight the liquor was free when I used to fly.

@ShookKnight , as I look over this topic, and despite multiple posts / opportunities to do so, you've not really engaged in anything more than ad hominem and personal attacks.

Would you care to share your thoughts on the ban of alcohol on aircraft? I for one favor the idea.

This is newsworthy because it is rare. The vast majority of travelers can enjoy a drink or two on a plane ride and not get belligerent. The only times I drink outside of a beer or two in the evening at home are when I'm travelling for work and my employer picks up the tab.

The article stated she was drunk when she boarded, perhaps they were too polite to tell her no, and didn't recognize when she had had enough already, and kept on feeding her the booze.

I get a lot more annoyed when I'm eating and the person in front of me reclines their seat all the way back. Some airlines are going with seats that don't recline, however personal space is getting smaller as they try to pack in more passengers per flight.

I look at the matter like when you work for an employer and they have after hours training events or parties with alcohol. Usually works great until that one asshole with a drinking problem causes a problem. Like passing out at the venue. Then there is no longer drinks at these functions.
Real similar stuff regarding planes, seems to Ben a month news worthy event of a drunk acting like a drunk on a plane. Why bother serving alcohol on a plane when you know someone is going to screw it up.

I’ll add this to my fantasy list of stuff I’m willing to pay extra for.
I’d pay $50 extra for a mid length flight that is guaranteed to have no one under 16 on the plane
I’d pay extra to have a cop or competent security guard on a plane not for the terrorist prevention aspect but the unruly asshole prevention
I’d gladly pay $20 extra for a flight with no booze on the plan.

What's the point in publicly shaming people we don't know and will almost assuredly never interact with and who themselves almost certainly will never see our shaming?

I mean... the first thing I DEFINITELY have to get to in this thread topic is gonna be....

....

......

Seriously, how do you fuck in an airplane lavatory these days? I can see 10-20 years ago, but I'm RIGHT at about average height at ~5'10" and my head hits the ceiling in there.

So there's no way you can do it by just holding her in the air.

Plus I don't even think there is room enough to bend her over the toilet seat and put it in for christ sakes.

Guys were too chicken to step up. It was a 2-fer, arrested and an STD. Bet it would have kept her calm for rest of flight

She doesn't look that bad. where was that whm dude when he could have scored some easy poon?

Two things are at play:

First single dudes shouldn’t be turning away action provided they have proper expectations
Second if you got something good at home don’t risk it with garbage

Yeah, I mean - there definitely hasn't been any recent headlines the equivalent of "WAH WAH I drank myself drunk and made an ass of myself, therefore I can't legally consent! Rape Rape!" movement going on. That's definitely nothing to worry about.

Hell there was shit coming out where people were saying "If I'm drunk I can't legally consent even if I said yes". It's joked about but plenty having talked seriously about needing paperwork just to have consensual sex.

Funny, that's not how drunk driving works heh "I didn't consent to getting in the vehicle and driving!" doesn't seem to fly for whatever reason.

I always wondered if a man and women both get drunk and sex happens why only the woman can claim non consent?
