I signed up, made three qualifying purchases (1 newegg, 2 ebay) and never saw a dime.

For free shipping at Newegg see this thread.

I got my $20 on the 13th...just happened to look at my account on the Sunday, and I saw the $20 in there. On Nov. 26, I made a purchase from SVC for $90. They weren't even listed as an eligible place to get the $20 of $50 from. I guess it worked at any merchant that uses PayPal as a checkout.

I just looked at my Paypal account, and there was the $20. But they didn't give me free shipping, I thought they were going to credit me back the shipping. So I called, and the lady told me not ALL ebay transactions are qualified for free shipping. Only a few merchants are offering free shipping. :-\ At least it was something... Good luck on those who didn't get their rebates back yet. Merry Christmas.

Does anyone know for sure whether shipping is included in the 50 dollars. For example, a purchase of 49.99 with $5 shipping. Would that satisfy the $50 dollar minimum. For most coupons it won't, but from the language of the promotion it seems it only needs a total payment from paypal of at least $50, which would seem to include shipping.

I purchased RAM from Newegg on 11/26. I haven't received the $20. Did I have to enter in any special coupon? I also made an eBay purchase yesterday of ~$300. Does the cashback on eBay qualify from any seller?

CULions03: I would bet not. Anything they can do to get out of it, they will. The shipping doesn't go to them so is not considered part of purchase price. Of course I don't know this so I might be wrong and someone is going to have to check it out.
Cruptz0r: I came here today to this thread wondering about the very same thing. I saw nothing on the NewEgg checkout to indicate that there would be $20 rebated at Paypal. I guess we just wait and take it on faith. I did sign up, but didn't receive the email. Everything went "click..whirr" on the 'puter like it went through. Paypal needs to take a clue from Google. They're going to lose out in the long run.
