Well I have a hard time believing he was in a zombie state the whole time due to being drugged up the whole time. And seriously he kept a needle the whole two years?
First off when I was in prison a single cigarette was like $3-$4. And this was in 2000 when cigarettes were $2 a pack. Now they're like $5. So he says he got a small allowance yet was able to support a coke habit behind bars? You pay someone in stuff available at the commissary. So if you owe someone $5. They might want $3 in ramen noodles and the other on a loaf of bread and stamps or whatever.
I always felt bad for the new guys that would have some big ass mofo following them back from commissary. You knew they were too scared to stand up for themselves so they were buying the guy stuff.
Secondly inmates are searched on a regular basis. When you leave chow hall, work, coming in from rec your searched. Periodically they shake down your bunk, cell, etc.. And when they really get a hair up there ass they'll shut the whole prison down and go through it with a fine tooth comb. No way in hell this guy was hiding a syringe for two years.

I do believe that he was in prison or knows someone that was. He talked of his cell being behind a beam where prisoners could hide from the guards. Where I was we had a corner of the room that people would go so they could "catch a square". That meant fighting someone straight up. I saw many a brawl go down there. And he's right about Friday nights being the worst. I don't know why but it seemed every Friday was fight night. Hell it kinda gave you something to look forward to. I remember playing spades and two guys agreed nonchalantly that later that night they were going to fight. I really hated that because both guys were pretty cool and if caught they'd both be placed in segregation. Not only would they be gone but it's always a big worry who would take over their bunks. You might end up with two lunatics in their place.

it said that he would call his bank to wire money to his dealer's mom

Where did you do time? And for what, if you don't mind sharing?

I have a good friend who did 8 years bouncing all over Michigan in the 90's and he states that while it's a good read, it is mostly a work of fiction or 2nd hand accounts.

Lol! They're aren't pay phones in prison. You might get a phone call a year and when you do they dial it and listen the whole time. I'm not 100% sure on all the specifics because I never requested to make a phone call. The only person I cared to speak too visited me every weekend. I do remember people telling me when they got back from making a call.

He said something like 12 people were killed over a two year stretch. Find me one prison at any point and time that had 12 people killed over two years.

"no one flushes the toilets"
Yeah go ahead and try that at any prison in the US and see how long it takes before someone either kicks your ass or puts your head in it.

You get a tiny allowance.
Lol sure. You eat what the f@ck they give you, they'll furnish you super small bottles of shampoo, small bars of soap, etc.. If you don't get enough food tough shit. You'll basically starve. No one is getting a f@cking allowance. I can promise you that. You're lucky they give you trays to eat your food on.

If you'd like I can pick apart this guys fantasy bs prison story even further.

Yeah i really question the 12 people dead thing. I kind of wonder whether he just went on a 2 year opiate bender and his reality got intertwined with some sort of prison fantasy.

He said there were 33 murders, 12 in his block alone.
Yeah, that does sound kind of ridiculous.

OTOH people from the original posting remember him posting 2 years before that he's going to prison. Very patient and elaborate for an online hoax.

I wouldn't be surprised if he went to prison but then invented all sorts of crazy details.

I'm sure that prison sucks, but 33 murders worth of suckage? Yeah right.

What do you mean? Many prisons have inmate on inmate deaths, 12 is nothing in a year for prisons like folsom, san quintin, sing sing, etc... I read a fact that they have 60+ a year.
