Here are some posts from a neighbor of theirs that I got from a Houston based message board. It might help clear some things up. Take it for what its worth.
One of the $#@er's that did this lives across the street from me. He's been in and out of prison for the 4 years that we've lived here. It?s an average middle class quiet neighborhood, not the trailer park you would think guys like this would come from. Years ago, I used to sit in my garage with some brews and watch the Nazi parties across the street. They usually ended up with the cops being called, and some crazy Nazi girl yelling in the middle of the street. I hope they both get the death penalty via a rectum, a pipe, and a boot.
If you saw the mom, and 3 or 4 of the dads........might shed some light. I saw her about 5 minutes ago. I wanted to yell across the street...."Nice job raising your kids you fu#$@ing wh@#$." I'd rather not end up on the nightly news though.

You ain't lying. There some real good ones in this thread. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Here's a couple...
There's a freaking 4 year difference and they are both minors. That's the age difference between a senior and freshman in high school. Tell me you've never heard of a senior hooking up with a freshman, so I know your both an idiot and a liar.
Everyone that knows the people involved are saying it was racially motivated. What more do you need? Knowing the motivation for such a crime is probably pretty important.

I sound cruel, but it might be better if he died, because his injuries may not allow him to function normally.
That said, the 2 teens have way too much angst and it would have landed them behind bars eventually if this incident didn?t happen, because sodomize & violently beating someone then pour bleach to white wash or to break down evident is the work of criminal minds.
[add] I can't understand why it took 10 hours before someone call for help, because there must be more than 4 people at the party.
These kind of crimes deserve the harshest punishment under law. Try both as adults, and if they are found guilty, execute. I can't think of a more fitting example of a death penalty case.

The above case will be tried to the upper most of the law because those boys aren?t blue blooded, while the ones in the link that you provided is protected by their father/the law.
