Neat! Pretty much the same (Planet Fitness, machines and all), sans some of the exercises (especially legs since I figure doing HIIT cardio on the stepper and my ass being 200+ lbs, they already get enough resistance)

Hard to say no to $10/month, especially if you aren't doing anything particularly hardcore yet.

Hey good job with that routine, looks like it's working for you. I am thinking of starting something serious and this just makes me want it more!

top notch

Thanks. The only thing I wish I did differently was start sooner!

I dropped 30 lbs to 140 (5ft 7" tall) by cutting way down calorie in 4 months. I did cardio on odd days and bowflex on even day. Sunday is my break day. Eat mostly salad with cod fish/scallop and drink lots of water (2 gals day) no soda. At the beginning I was hungry all the time but eventually that went away. I didn't calculate or count calorie but I am sure I cut it way down.

You look like a different person now. Bet it feels good to have more test and less estrogen too. :)

Haven't updated this in awhile - I'm going to do a short [slow] bulk till the end of May, then cut again for the summer. Thinking about +250-300 over maintenance so that should put me around 2700 calories a day. Shooting to gain about .5lbs a week.

I weighed in today at 168lbs - I should have weighed in a little lighter but I ate at maintenance for a month to keep my sanity. This isn't a race so I'm not in a rush.

Figured I'd include a pic:

So far I went from 222lbs to 168lbs and I feel great.
