I am not going to rip off the heatspreader on mine, but you're welcome to do it with yours, & you'll find they aren't Micron.

The one you linked to are NOT the ones I have.

Those are F2-6400CL4D-4GBPK
Mine are F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ

The other thing...Are you disputing the well organized, well put together, RAM LIST????

See for yourself...

My kit uses Micron D9HNL
PC2-6400 PQ (2x2GB)
F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ
5.0-5-5-15 @ 1.8 ~ 1.9V
Micron D9HNL (HQ-3) 6-layer PCB

Edit: I stand corrected about this...They are in fact Powerchip ICs...

Some are saying 4gb of ram (2x2) will run better than 8gb (4x2), is this correct...if I ran it on vista x64 and a P35 mobo?

I have heard of that complaint before but it doesn't seem to be widespread.

4GB (2x2GB) runs beautiful for me and you can ask chizow, 8GB (4x2GB) runs beautiful for him.
