Im sitting here looking at mine Had to spend 30.00 for the cables to get it hooked up, but for 42.50 I have a nice case to house my cdr and cd rom. Required some research to find the cables, since no local computer shop has scsi hw in stock, but after looking i found what i needed.

Is the DB50 connector the one that looks like a parallel port? I want to get it but not sure, have a 68pin external UW connector and a basic scsi connector that looks like a parallel port both don't look like they would work with this unit. I know the HD50 will not work with the 68 uw.

Those of you who received these enclosures, did you figure out how to connect SCSI id selectors to either of the SCSI devices. In the enclosure I got, there are 2 sets of wires, each with four connectors: 4-holes, 4-holes, 3-holes and 3-holes. My Scsi cd-roms have 3 jumpers for ID selections(6 pins) and some other jumpers for stuff like termination etc. I cant figure out, how to attach the scsi id selectors from the case to the SCSI CDRs ....HELP
