Looks good, although I personally wouldn't buy an MSI motherboard. Some love them, some hate them - I've seen way too many go wrong for my liking.

"fast RAM" does nothing for the athlon64, you are wasting well over a hundred bucks on that RAM. buy some cheap value 3200, it will save you tons of money and there is no performance hit.

Hmmm... I do intend to overclock... And as far I know - I need some kickass memory! Correct me if I am wrong?

Not necessarily kickass, but you'll need something faster than PC3200.

Correct me if im wrong :) ... This memory kit can easily be clocked much higher... so they are surely fast enough...

If the overclock is guaranteed, then yes. However, they are rated at PC3200, which means the manufacturer guarantees PC3200 speeds, nothing more. Anything more you get out of them is a bonus, but you should never bank on something overclocking to a certain level, or disappointment will surely follow.

Don't worry too much about LL (Low Latency) kits, just get some decent PC3700+ sticks and you'll be much better off, knowing that you can take them to PC3700 speeds without worrying if they're the weakest link when it comes to overclocking.

Most definitely go with some good OCZ with a high speed rating if you plan on overclocking. This will definitely give you a much better performance increase over lower latency RAM with the Athlon 64 due to the memory controller being in the CPU itself. I also agree with changing the video card to a 6800Gt. You can overclock that to Ultra speeds pretty easily as well!
