Not to mention that she was arrested under suspicion...not formally charged or convicted. She could have just had the bad luck to look like one of the perps and be in the area that day. Oh well, "sh!t happens"!:roll:
There was no evidence of her actually being a criminal. And since the same prison has locked up a 23 year old woman with 70 men for a month before I'd say the guards were most likely payed by the men to 'provide them some pleasure', rather than the woman or girl actually having done something.

Wow... just wow. Cops probably thought that since they might not be able to convict her they'd let the criminals mete out their own punishment. Chain these cops to a table & let them take it up the rear for over a month to see how they like it.
Not really. This isn't a reflection of their culture and society at all. I went to carnavale and partied in the streets for days on end with a million other people. I saw 2 fights the entire time. Put that amount of people in a US street with booze and music for days on end and you will have a blood bath.
