At the end of the last Lord of the Rings when Gollum finally get's his hands on the ring, and he's all jumping around, "Yay! Yes, my precious!". I'm going to be doing that soon.

If this obviously unsubstantiated rumor that's tapping on the heresay of a feathered animal turns out to be true I'll be in good shape since I just ordered the Doom hardware upgrades from newegg.

Yea, I preordered both when I picked up Thief 3 2 weeks ago. Doing that got me pretty pumped up for it! 😀

I got the doll, it is so tiny, but heavy, looks pretty cool.

Yeah the game should be here by the end of June. At my local store I get a large discount for preordering so I think I'll go and do so while it's still possible.

You're forgetting mod potential which makes this one of the best buys next to HL2 and UT 2k4

I love when people spew out facts as if they've claimed to have played the game. Far Cry lasted me almost 20 hours of fun. I think with 4+ years of development time, this game is going to get us much more than 10 hours. And lets not even begin to talk about the mod community on this thing. 🙂

That's why you always set the difficulty slider as far right as it can go. Make a 10 hour game last a lifetime. 😉

Far Cry was the longest FPS shooter game I'd ever played, it took me more than 20 HR the first time. I'll be very happy if Doom III is as good as Far Cry in single player mode. Far Cry multiplayer is so so. That's why we have UT2004 and Battle Field VN.
