Dam.. down here, he would have simply "disappeared" We've had that situation here before with a young kid who didn't seem to have parents. Littered, shot up signs and people's pets, and broke windows. One day he's discovered dead in the woods by a deer hunter. Shot to the chest with a shotgun.. For some reason they couldn't find who did it 😛 His reign lasted a month. Why in the world those guys didn't do the same is beyond me.
