Oh c'mon... Your scanner doesn't work? That's as lame an excuse as "the dog ate my homework." How much is a new scanner these days? $10 after rebate? ;)

Thanks for the heads up post.

Pearl Harbor is the only thing I'm interested in.

Bet you have Titanic on DVD too;)

They need to make Pearl Harbor: Special Edition. Never before seen 30 minute critics cut.

sweet deal on the mp3 player. too bad the total memory is so limited (32 onboard + 64 max mmc). At that price though I might finally break down and grab one. thanks for the heads up.

edit:
does anyone know where to buy the rio armband optional accessory for this? i'm looking around rio's own website and i don't see it for sale!

toy story combo is a pretty good deal. if it turns out to be the "toy box" edition, I'll be there in line when they open! :)

thanks

I think I'll be there right behind you for the Toy Story 2/1 combo. I've been waiting awhile for this to come out on sale again.

A Pearl Harbor directors cut will be out in 3 months...just so you guys know....much longer cut

I felt the movie was hella-over-hollywoodisized for my tastes...but to each there own.

I got the Nike PSA 60 Mp3 player from CC last week for the same deal. I have not been able to find the arm band sold anywhere. The best price I saw on 64mb MMC was through Dell. The only problem I saw was the warranty was 1year. If you buy it through newegg you can get a lifetime warranty (item # 20-167-008).

ouch, $14 for a peice of velcro. i can't see why a $3 timex velcro band wouldn't work.

I agree ... too much for something that you should be able to improvise (not sure a watchband will get all the way around your upper arm tho). Need to find a deal on a 64mb MMC that's as good a deal as the player was.

I lucked out at Circuit City last week. Bought it ahead of time and went back to pricematch on Friday. They told me that they couldn't do it that morning cuz it would crash the computers (again!). Told me to come back on Saturday. Well, the rebate slip didn't print out on Saturday so they gave me an instant $50 off!!!

Does anyone know if this player works with Audible.com content (like all the other Rio products)?
