LOL Vic, I'll pay you $12.50 since you've made the second half of this great sale work. He won't take the money.

Just don't ask me to pay any additional shipping charges :p

All I know is that in the end, I'd be out at least 4 bucks and have absolutely nothing to show for it, and it wasnt even my mistake. How is that fair?

If the $4 is really that ungodly important to you I'll PayPal it to you just to shut you both up.

You are right, but is $4 really worth the battle you're in?

It's not like you're shipping a 500 lb piece of equipment. I shipped CD's FOR FREE to ~40 OT members, I know for a fact it costs less than two 1st class stamps to send a CD in a cardboard sleeve.

As I said before, I dont care about the money. Its the principle of the matter. Years ago people didnt get trolled like they do today. There used to be a sense of community around here. I remember it well, and I remember your name so I'm sure youve seen the same difference.

Instead, nowadays people refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Someone flip a damn coin or something, because theres no way in hell I'm going to bow down in this situation just to appease him.

You are right, I have already said that.

But part of the "community" is not getting this bent over a $4 shipping charge.

If I'd sold you the software I'd probably refund your money & tell you to keep the disc.

You've hardly been trolled, but both of you are acting like spoiled brats.

Not saying I'm being trolled, just that thats the overall biggest difference between now and then.

We're both obviously too hardheaded to back down when we believe we are right. Unfortunately that leaves me stuck because I cant force him to do anything.

Either way, this thread has run its course and needs to be locked. Clearly nothing is being solved.
