These, I imagine, were done in sets. Relax, man. If I counted all the pushups I've done in a day before, it would be way more than 160. It's just frequency.

Haha. Yes, clearly that's exactly what we're doing. Sometimes pushups are a part of an intense workout. Just because you can't do it doesn't mean it can't be done. If you're gonna hang out in health and fitness, it would probably benefit you to maintain a certain amount of maturity.

Well maturity in my country refers to working for profit, More in terms of gains rather than body shape and stuff..

Now just tell me what sort of maturity are you showing by working out just to out perform all other people that are posting here ??or what sort of maturity are you showing by working for a imaginary goal set by this koodrew guy...

Maturity is not an act but an ability - many rich people are immature so that argument is a pretty hard one to make sense of.

Who said I was working out to outperform anyone? You made that rash generalization. I work out to maintain overall good health and to be able to compete in my respective activities/sports. I've barely touched this thread.

This thread creates a sort of group cohesiveness and encouragement, which has been shown by sports psychologists to show improved drive and follow-through. If you wanna tell the experts that being kept accountable doesn't improve your drive then by all means, prove yourself ignorant.

However, you proved that you're solely trolling around. People helped you with getting info about your disorder in a mature and logical manner. We expect the same from you when you come into our threads.

ganesh1, are you an athlete of any kind or interested in fitness for any reason? If you were either you'd understand the mentality of the challenge threads. It seems to me that you are trolling us.

Took a nice break from working out but starting back again in the next couple of days. I'll be posting in here again soon!
