Do treadmill miles count?

I just got a NordicTrac and have been using it a lot. I can go much further with the distraction of the TV. Did 4 miles without even realizing it.

Yep, the treadmill counts - I'll put you down for 4 shortylickens! Cheers.

Also add an easy 5 miles for me tonight.

Wow, I haven't posted in almost two months in this thread. (I think) Since the last one I can find, probably +250 for me? Tapering down for the San Antonio marathon next weekend - decided to pace my slightly slower buddy (9:30-10) for this, and have a month until the White Rock full to PR. (Hoping to break 4 at WR, which I should be able to do, assuming I'm not completely mentally f*cked from SA)

Also PR'ed the DRC Half in 1:45:46 this past weekend. Been getting progressively better...would like to break 1:40 in a few months with some better weather!

Tomorrow morning at 8am my son and I begin our first ultra. I am pretty stoked, sleep won't come easily tonight, and my boy is worse off than I am. lol

The other two are also pumped for their first races, I wish I could be there for their start. Their race begins 90 minutes after the gun goes off for the ultra.

I ran an easy 5 miles while watching Mega run his first ever ultramarathon!!! I won't give out any spoilers other than to say that he is a beast and he apparently passed on all his beast genes to his offspring!!!

Thanks for coming out to cheer us on Scorch, it was a huge morale booster to see you there and have you yelling at me like you were.

Guys, this race was the toughest thing (physically) I've ever done. I am a complete wreck right now. Even my brain is mush, lol. When I've got my faculties back I'll write a more comprehensive race report, until then I did a super hilly (1100 feet of elevation gain per 10k) 50k in about 7 hours.
