10 miles. My mileage has been down so much this year due to work, however, starting tomorrow, relief is coming. I will be going from being on call every other week to one in four. Hopefully the miles will pile up.

3 miles yesterday (1/2 mile was barefoot)

It's hard to keep my mileage this low, but I am starting over in terms of running technique. I am trying to move to a different strike pattern. I figure since crappy weather is just around the corner this is as good a time as any to make the change.

Got a new set of shoes on the way (Newton Kismet) so that's something to look forward to.

+24 since last post. Had to take some time off due to a hamstring strain. Finally running without pain. Hopefully it stays that way!

13 miles this week. 10 mile race yesterday. Despite running a lot less this summer/fall, I still managed to squeak in under 1:15.

+4.5. Did the last .5 or so barefoot. I have been steadily building up my barefoot mileage although I don't plan on becoming a barefoot runner full time. Just trying something new.

+5.

On a week of no physical activity starting today, so no runs for awhile. Bummer.
