48 miles this week, and now it's taper time.
Didn't really do the scheduled lsd today, as I had a half marathon instead. I intended to take it easy and keep pace with my dad as he tried to hit a pb at 1:55. Instead I got in a groove and lost him and ended up just under 1:50, about 2 minutes short of a pb myself

Dad ended up hitting his target to the second for a 3+ minute pb.
My sister ran her first half (first race actually) in 2:09, which is fantastic, considering that she didn't train at all, but she's a competitive soccer player, so she's at least fit. Mom ran the exact same time, so it was a real family affair
Edit: I counted at least 4 people running in vffs, which is the first time I've seen them in a race.
