While we are comparing ourselves to other nations with strick gun control, do you realize Mexico has some very strick gun laws yet 9 out of the top 20 cities for murder rates are in Mexico? United States doesn't even crack the top 20.

By asking how more guns laws will have any affect he is saying gun laws are ineffective, which, as I stated, doesnt make sense since no law prevents crimes from happening.
