Please prevent law abiding citizens from abiding to the law. We all know doing so will create less criminals..........

Lax gun control causes this? So you are going to ignore that this happens in places with extreme gun control every day too?

where? because places, like europe, that have strict gun laws almost never see anything like we do as far as gruesome random injuries like this. gun nuts are in complete denial how much collateral damage is caused by the dumbass general public possessing such force at all times.

Doesn't matter where criminals get guns....they are still going to get them whether the law says they are legal or not.

It's a tragedy for sure but the spinning begins when we use emotion rather than logic to address an issue. Just as many can spin a tragedy into an anti gun argument.

The truth is violent crime is drastically down despite Americans buying more guns legally than ever. No, I'm not going to provide proof.....look it up for yourself. No, I don't own a gun.

truth is if you create a anti-gun culture you force more retards like the ones that live in gangs use alternative measures, which are almost always less deadly. america is just the opposite, we create a gun culture and its one of the deadliest on the planet despite "going down" "so much"

Tragedies like this are the result of lax gun control, and a gun culture that permeates the U.S.

When you attack gun control remember how stupid and illogical this post is

FTFY.

As has already been pointed out to your stupid ass, this happened in Kommiefornia, one of the more restrictive states in the Union when it comes to firearms. You emotion driven dribble falls flat on it's face, and fails every applicable test of logic.

While we are comparing ourselves to other nations with strick gun control, do you realize Mexico has some very strick gun laws yet 9 out of the top 20 cities for murder rates are in Mexico? United States doesn't even crack the top 20.

can i change my statement to "countries that actually enforce their laws"? and they allow .22's, so thats not exactly non-lethal.

Title Two of the Federal Law of Firearms allows possession and carrying of handguns in a calibers of .380 or less, although some calibers are excluded, most notably .357 magnum and 9mm parabellum.

Members of agricultural collectives and other rural workers are allowed to carry the aforesaid handguns, .22 rifles, and shotguns, as long as they stay outside of urban areas, and obtain a license.

what i am talking about is a european model, where its NOT easy to obtain a gun and they dont see anything like we do as in volume of gun violence.

the most restrictive states in the union cannot compare to an actual controlled society that is taking place in other parts of the world.

i know people fear of losing their freedoms, but how does owning a firearm protect you from the united states government? they could have you dead before you know where to shoot...

I guess I need to break it down for you because you aren't smart enough to do it yourself.

By asking how more guns laws will have any affect he is saying gun laws are ineffective, which, as I stated, doesnt make sense since no law prevents crimes from happening. Now he could have meant that some laws are better than others but then that would invalidate his point that more laws wont be any more effective.

You should stop trying to sound smart, it isn't working out for you. Since you seemed to have either missed it, or just ignored it because it doesn't fit your stupid rant, read it again with the word MORE in there, dumbass.

You seem to by confused by "gun" culture, and "gang" culture, they are not the same. And you might as well stop trying to use places like Europe, and their gun laws to compare to the US, here's a pro-tip for you, it has a LOT more to do with their culture than their gun laws. Guess what, their criminals have guns.

Most would agree that gun violence is especially abhorrent because the gun is more than just a weapon, it is a symbol, and people fear the symbol.

If guns were eradicated the knife, or bow/arrow would never take its place as a symbol for violence. People have a fetish for guns and express that fetish in violence towards eachother.

That is why guns are the target and violence is not.

That is complete bullshit.

no they really dont. its because they are predisposed to understanding that using guns is going too far. there is no reason the US cant be this way too, and likely will eventually but it will take a long time.

Any notion that laws do not function as a deterent is absolutely ridiculous. If you make it harder for criminals to obtain a gun they obviously have to go to great lengths to obtain the gun. Why would a law abiding citizen be punished if they had to go through a thorough background check? Also, any notion that a gun registry violates your rights is ridiculous. Everyone is fine with registering their car or boat.

Well it's a good thing I hold your opinion so high.

What exactly do you think a gun registry will do? And laws do function as a deterent but only to those who do not wish to go to jail or those who think they can get away with it.

car or boat = privilege.

gun = right.

there's a big difference.

and by the way, cars kill more people than guns :colbert:

When you attack gun control remember her face:

Elvira%20Campos-thumb-250x418-35671.jpg

I will attack gun control.
Because its what allowed this to happen.

You are quoting me but your posts have nothing to do with what I said other than saying almost the same thing I did.

Because apparently you're either dumb or illogical enough to believe that banning guns will result in a decrease in crime.

Because we know that's not true, why pursue the ban?

Then move there....you have spoken zero facts.

Then why do we have to register to vote? Why do those same people that don't want background checks and registration want voters to have it to vote?
