For a week you limit your diet only 10 products. On the day you can eat no more than 1.5 kg of food, but be sure to include in your diet all 10 "menu." Mix and cook food as you want!

Additionally, the list includes: onion (onion a day), garlic, dill, parsley, lemon juice, honey (tsp. Daily), green tea, olive oil (Article l. Daily), brown bread (one slice day)

1) chicken breast,
2) eggs,
3) yogurt,
4) tomatoes,
5) cucumbers,
6) zucchini
7) cabbage or cauliflower,
8) eggplant,
9) fungi
10) apples.

You can follow this diet for longer than a week, if used wisely suggested list of products. Losing weight in a week - up to 1.5 kg.

This is a bad idea, for too many reasons to list.
 
And what exactly is this list based on? This diet is low in calcium, vitamin K, iron, etc. It's silly to limit your food intake to a few select foods. That's how you get hypovitaminosis and mineral deficiencies.

They said it could be used for more than a week with a wise selection of products.

I used to limit my selections to a few foods as I am not really into meals so much.

I'd recommend supplements on any major weight loss diet.
