For a week you limit your diet only 10 products. On the day you can eat no more than 1.5 kg of food, but be sure to include in your diet all 10 "menu." Mix and cook food as you want!
Additionally, the list includes: onion (onion a day), garlic, dill, parsley, lemon juice, honey (tsp. Daily), green tea, olive oil (Article l. Daily), brown bread (one slice day)
