Exactly. If you read the local papers for these areas, this happens all the time. The only reason this made the Sun is cause of the amount of bodies that have shown up. Most of the time they just stuff them in abandoned buildings and let the police find them later on.

Interesting. I'm in Peoria (2 hours south of Chicago) and we've had a pretty bad run of shootings the last week too...

6 people got shot this weekend. There were another 4 or so earlier in the week. I think there was one death.

Eh. It's just the way it is in lots of cities. There are very specific parts of town that everyone knows are dumps. And you don't go there. Period. Usually all of the shootings you hear about on the news happen in those areas and to people that live/hang out in those places. Don't live or hang out there? No problem.
