+60. New to the H&F scene, but I am doing P90x and P90x plus, so I can get you about 200 or so a week.

Peace

common guys. When I was doing pullups it was 4 sets of 20. If I did this every other day (it was more 2-3x / week on average) I could crank out 15k in one year alone.

so...
why aren't you doin em?

Great!

we all start somewhere...look at post #14 of this thread and follow my progress.

I started with 2 and now I can do 15 (5x3). Still not great but it is progress.

GJ. I started with 1 back in '07 lol...haven't kept it up through all that time, but I can handle up to 12 now! Back in high school it was my least favorite exercise, because I couldn't do them and I didn't know jack about how lifting other than to do what the football coaches told us to do. It's probably my favorite now 🙂.

Hell, 1 is definitely better than zero. Pullups are probably the hardest thing to do. When I staretd the X, I couldnt do 15, on my knees with bands. Now,2 years into it, I get around 12-15 per set x 8 at least once a week, plus more depending on which phase and week I am in.

Understand this: I am 46 and never worked out a day in my life until two years ago. Now I am in the best shape of my life. So it can be done!

Peace
