@#$% just willed myself to 45 pull ups in 4 different positions. My forearms felt rock hard now. Grrr!

dang I forgot about that thing in the doorway that I've been walking under every day for a couple years...was up to 20 at one time.

It's been a very long time since I posted in this thread. Now I have went from 5 to 50 (my current record) in one workout session in the past several months (which is awesome btw). I felt stronger now than before B-)

I've been very consistent, so here are my numbers (since my last post) +2240.
