As stated, the price is now $29.99 and it is now back in stock. Those of us who ordered at the higher price should be able to get a price adjustment. I sent them an email requesting it. Of course if you used a coupon that requires a $40 purchase, the price adjustment may cancel the coupon, but there would still be a $5 savings.

I got a response regarding my request for a refund on the difference of the lower price. They are going to refund the full ten dollars, so I guess they won't be cancelling the $5 coupon. Those who bought this at a higher price should still ask for a pricematch even though it is currently out of stock. I sent the request while it was in stock, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. It's worth a shot, though.

Just call the customer service number and they will refund the $10. You will not find the Predator by searching their web site, but the link in this thread still takes you to it. Tell them you had bookmarked the page when you bought it and see that it now says $29.99, even though it says it's out of stock, and you were wondering if they could make a price adjustment for you. Piece of cake. The lady I talked to was surprised that I knew it was $29.99. That's why I told her I had bookmarked the page.

I got mine in last Friday. I must say its quite a bit nicer then the hummer I got from the Amazon deal. It's a couple of inches longer and has alot better suspension w/replaceable bearings. It also has removable crystals to change freq. The controller is also larger w/trim control for each yoke. The best part is that it's a good bit faster then the ole Hummer, but the batteries don't seem to last as long. I think it was a good deal (especially since I got my $10 refund). Mine came to $36 shipped after taxes including the refund.

Yeah the battery that it comes with is probably a 1500 mah type or less.... I just ordered the radio shack 3000 mah one and that should provide 25 mins of run time..

Got mine today. I got the Dandy Dash earlier this month too, and I'll just say that the Dandy Dash is much, much better in quality and construction. This Predator looked more like a radio shack toy. Also the included battery and charger looked refurbished to me -- as it was not shiny and the cover sticker looked like it had taken some abuse. Anyone else's battery came like this?

I got my credit a couple of days after I called. The battery lasted for about 20 minutes before it got to low to be any fun to run. I'm not aware of the Rad Shack Battery.
