I am hoping someone may have a Powerleap PL-P4/N socket adapter sitting around. This adapter adapts the 423 socket to 478 socket P4 processors. The ones showing up on ebay are an older design that does not function with a P4 processor that runs faster than 2.0Ghz which kind of defeats the purpose of the adapter.

Seems like a cool device, but was given to me without the HD, CD or manual. Powers on okay, but can't do anything with the HD. Hopefully someone here will be able to bring back to life. According to this article, you may be able to install a Centos OS. Note that this is a "Series 1" unit because it has the keyboard port.

Sup yall, I'm not begging for freebies here. I'm willing to pay not only for shipping but for your time and trouble as well so feel free to ask a reasonable amount for your items. Basically I'm looking for ANY old computer parts you need to get rid of. I'm building a few word processor computers and plan to give them to local charities when I'm done. They won't be anything more than machines for typing word documents and playing with MS Paint and some basic freeware 2D games I put on there for kids, so the hardware doesn't need to be super fast. Anything from the Pentium 1-Pentium 4 generations would be great. I'm not picky..This is just a fun project I'm doing.

So please if you have any old motherboards, AGP cards, PCI cards, smaller IDE drives, sound cards, ram, etc I am more than willing to pay a fair price for them + your shipping costs.
