Well it seems it was my video card.

I have the same problem but it's not the modem on my end. Allready tried removing it.

Well it done it when I put the new nic in. So i was like F it and took my video card out which is a Ti 4200 and well it hasn't done it since. I just put the video card back in and if it does it this time I know where my problem is.
