Got my memory today. It really looks like it is used. It has alot of scratches on the back of the heat spreader and you can tell it has been installed before. They should state it as refurbished on the site. I have it running 2326 at 200 Mhz on my Asus A7N8X. I have it in slot 3 and a 512 mb...
You might get some cooling, but not much. I had the motherboard tray on one of my computers cut away behind the cpu... only to get to the bolts of the rather large heatsink I had on it. I got tired of removing the motherboard every time I wanted to replace the CPU. If it makes you happy, cut away.
I got mine last night. It's a AXDA1700DUT3C JIUHB0312UPMW also. I ordered a A7N8X 2.0 and some corsair CMX512-3200. It is running right now with a PAL8045 at 37c with normal surfing. (nice and quiet)
Memory 2-3-3-6 at 200 Mhz - 400 DDR
CPU at 200x10 = 2000 Mhz at default 1.6v
I'm a happy camper.
You guys need to remember to get your 2% Staples rebate from ebates and 2% off with American Express rebate card when you order. I ordered the drive on Monday and it arrived today. It was a Justlink / Ricoh rebranded drive.
You get what you pay for. I have purchased several dozen ink cartriges from Megatoners for my Epson 780. It seems like they don't work as well as some others. But no real complaints. (You always have to run Epsons through cleaning cycles) It seems like you have to more often with this ink.
I...
I reveived a Verbatim 321240AL with firmware X8S2 - I am going to leave it just like it is. I was reading on some other forums that if you flash to the newest 48x bios that you can no longer copy some copy protected game CDs you might own. They apparently changed something in the latest bios.
I have an SX830 (antec) with an intake in the front and the lower one in the rear. The top is an exhause and then I have the dual fan enermax powersupply. It is a couple degrees cooler on the cpu with the intake fan blowing on the heatsink. Try it you never know. Each setup is different
I finally called Newegg because they never responded to my e-mail questions. The lady on the phone said "we don't check our parts before we send them out". So, like I said, beware. You might get someone elses bad board. They are just using you, at your shipping expense (in both directions), to...
Beware. I had one good experience with a Newegg refurb and one bad. I did purchase an AK31A rev 3.1 back several months ago and it works great. I think it was probably returned because the 3.1 version boards have a sticker over the 2.0 ver on the silkscreening on the motherboard. Someone had...
I sent mine back for RMA repair - They sent me an e-mail back that said they were crediting me my entire charge on my CC back. They had no more in stock and couldn't replace it. I still had to pay for the shipping back though $6 USPS - I bought a new one from Deals Direct and it is working fine...
myputer - it's a little more difficult than that. This land has changed hands back and forth for centuries. The problem isn't just over a 90 year period. It depends on what point in time you look at. Each party say they are the tru holders of the land. The Jews were chased off the land at one...
I have one of these chargers and several sets of 1800 mha batteries. I went out the other day and shot 100 shots over a day period with the LCD display turned on - my Casio QV4000 digital camera battery indicator never moved off full. It's the way to go.
I bought an AK31A for $49 with free shipping. It works great. However, I purchased a "referb" Enermax 350 power supply and it died in 13 hours of running. It cost me $6 to send it back and then they just canceled my order and refunded my money. So now I'm out my $6. oh well. I'll probably buy...
