UPDATE-
So i tried it again with ICS and now it works, i think it might have been because i had the NIC from the media PC plugged into the DVR and it was somehow getting an IP from it and that was giving me the error. But now it works.

works fast and great, you can see when a PC is on or off and it tells you when its on or off.
plus you can remote into it from anywhere and copy files and bunch more things.
Thanks for your info guys, i might have a few tricks to try to make the bridge connections work, it was not working last time i tried but i think i might know how to force it to work.
In my first post i explained that i already tried Sharing ( ICS ) my connections and it never seems to work.

So i just got DirecTV with DVR/HD, it has two NICs so that you can connect it to the internet to download movies on demand and stuff.
Now i have a Media PC under it that has Wifi because where the router is in my townhouse i can not run CAT5 down to the...
I would only get pro if you are going to run 64bit, if you really need 32bit to run that program then save the $ and just get 32bit Home Prem. unless you have more then 4GB of memory then it might be worth it to get Pro and do XP VM
