Hello, I've got some very very frustrating issues with Windows 7 Ultimate. I'm setup as the only user and have turned of UAC (at least I think it's off...I moved the slider bar all the way down).

First issue - Sometimes if I try to copy files from one location to another, I get this error:

How the heck do I get permission from myself to copy the file? This happens seemingly randomly on totally safe and normal files. The permissions are set to full access from what I can see - SYSTEM, E (my user account) and Administrators are all listed as Full Control in the Security tab of the file in question.

Second issue - When backing up files from another computer's hard drive, I will randomly get these errors:

Now this looks like it's pretty much the same issue above, but the user name is whacky. This is clearly an issue when I'm trying to back up a hard drive's data when several files (exe or otherwise) won't copy over.

Third issue - Also when backing up files from another computer's hard drive, many folders are just straight up 'locked':

Now normally I don't need these folders/files that are locked, but ideally I would like access to them if at all possible. How can I unlock them?

Third Issue Solved - http://www.sevenforums.com/general-discussion/7973-locked-folders.html near the bottom shows the menu path to remove the locked business.

That's all for the time being...more to come soon!
