I knew the layout, and I didn't care, after reports of damn good overclocks, with a D 805 up for 4.7 GHz or so..... that's some damn good power regulation.
THANK GOD! Personally, I can't wait much longer. My AGP 4x P4 2.8 GHz Vanilla 6600 machine isn't cutting it, and i'm waitin for my first build... If it launched in september, then i wouldn't be able to build in summer.
I'm building my first build in Late July/August, with an E6600 and a 7900 GT... as a question, is it crazy for me to be thinking about volt-modding my 7900 GT if this is my first build? (i wouldn't volt-mod right away, but sometime in the near future...)
Well, you have to consider the fact that every hacker in the world doesn't target Linux or OSX, they target Windows. That's why so many holes are opened. I don't think OSX could begin to hold up to the pressure that hackers put on Windows. I don't know about Linux though.
