Just ordered a Taisol CGK742092 fan and like to have some opinions about it, and if it fits on a Asus A7A266. Is it really as quiet as they say?

I'm thinking about buying a sanoi fan to my TBird 1.13 ghz 266 DDR. The fan I have now isn't that great and I'm not clocking for the moment. I'd like a strong but quiet fan. Are the sanois really that quiet? 28-30db.. Or should I go with a Alpha Pal?
