What does this COOLER XP program do? It is part of the PC Alert4 software that comes with MSI boards. My O/Ced 1600 goes almost cold if this program is running. Anyone try this software?

57c shouldn't be shutting down your xp1800. I bet that 300w power supply is getting hot or something. Get that new case and add a fan on the top or at least another in the back, the side fan is great!. The Enermax 350 power supply will help for sure, it's what I have in my case.

I have the o/b lan running with this board. I just ran Prime95 for two hours and everything is fine at 1.85v. Temp hit a max of 58c. I think I'll just leave everything right here for now, 1754mhz that's pretty good for a 1400mhz chip! ;)

I tried getting this chip up to 166mhz w/ 1.8v and it would not work w/ this board. Could not even get 160mhz w/ 1.8v stable. So I read your post jaybee and went for 166mhz w/ 1.85v......thought what the hell. It booted no problem and everything seems stable. I've not run Prime yet, I'll get...
