Hello,
I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a new single-player demo of medal of honor allied assault available for download now. EA asked everyone to remove it last week but said its okay to download it now, I noticed FilePlanet it has it but also its over at the following address...
Yeah, but it's nice to know that the big manufactures are starting to supply it. If Compaq does it, others will follow. And that will bring the price down. Demand always does.
I think that Microsoft has time to put the processors in the systems, the systems are not actually built yet, they have been waiting on the chips from Nivida so it's very possible that they could put an AMD chip in the system too.
Take a look at this report we got our hands on at Monkey Extreme. Click on the URL below. Sounds interesting...:

I sure hope it's true, it would make things more interesting ;)
No kidding. If the music industry was smart they would take this offer. Napster is not the only service out there and there is no way they can stop all of them because so many of them are starting to go open source and we all know what happens when you do that. IE: Linux.
Sorry if this is off topic, I was not sure where to post about this. Just move it if need be.
This is pretty big news for anyone that downloads music I think. At least it is for me ;)
Napster has offered to pay the music industry $1 billion over 5 years for the rights to unlimited music...
It powers on the computer just won't come on or do anything, until I turn it off and back on again. It does it everytime. if I power it down then back on it works. It's just the first time I turn it on that it won't do anything but everything seems to be on, including the hard drive.
I have this really strange problem with my system. I can power it up and the power supply comes on, as well as, the CD, floppy etc... No harddrive though. And it just sits there as if it was on but the monitor does not come on and the hard drive does not power on.
If I shut the system down and...
I had a problem kind of like what you are having. The way I fixed it was unplug everything inside the system, (including power supply to motherboard), and then plug it all back in. Also remove your ram and put it back in as well. That seemed to fix the problem for me.
