you can find the 3005s305 at office depot for 1280+tax if you use the coupon at xpbargains. Then there's $100 MIR from toshiba. OR. you can get it PM at CC, get their 100 MIR and the toshiba 100MIR....*if you want to read about that, search for that thread on anandtech *

VINCE! ahaha! you caught on. Dude, i ripped circuit city off..i got a $1600 laptop for $1150. It's a toshiba, p3 1ghz, 512 KB CACHE, 256 MB SDRAM, dvd/cd-r....haha! Suz's getting in shape for you. 1350 PM from CC -100 CC MIR -100 toshiba total: 1150. now you know that's the best deal out...

for about $200 more, you'd get 512KB of CACHE, and a dvd/cd-r combo with the toshiba 3000s305...512KB cache makes a WHOLE lot of difference.
