Yes i see that now yet it is going to be a wait for a 256. Yet someone should check out what they can do with the 128. some of the 6800 have gotten to gt speeds, of course at high res it drops off, yet maybe at low res these will do better then the 6800
awesome forget the 6800 and getting gt speeds if le will hit ultra (granted that it is not a messed up one like some people have been getting then i am all for it.
Some of them say 128mb does riva unlock the 128 more? What makes the le be able to get the ultra speed? (sorry if you may have mentioned info its just this forum is 62 pages.
Hey has anyone checked out the xeon mobos due to that they have dual even 4 pci-x slots. Only prob it would be a xeon cpu. someone should check out what the performance would be.
yes the barton 2800xp I did not know if it was worth getting a 6800 in my machine based upon the cpu and the bus speed. also in ram i do not have a lot .
Well for a 280 buck card that is not bad. i say might as well go for the 6800 till the gt goes down.
with a awesome cpu and some moderate overclocking you could beat it, and hey isn't that what overclocking is about, Sticking it to the 800 cpu or 600 graphics cards.
