i know the bios update is supposed to make it work but i just want some first hand reports about it working and with what speed xp's. thanks for your input.

Two simple questions: Will an Athlon XP work in an IWILL KK266-R motherboard? Can I just switch my Duron 700 to an Athlon XP without having to reinstall operating system, applications, etc.? (I am running Win2000) Thanks for the help.

I have the exact same problem and I can't figure out why I can't turn dma on. I have heard some people talking about problems between the KT7 and the 75 GXP's but nothing conclusive? I would appreciate some help with this also.
