Like the title says how do you check the system resources in Win 2000 Pro?

I've a T-bird 1000@1200 on a KT7A-R and I've heard the temp. sensor on this board isn't very accurate. Is there a better way of measuring the chips temp? Will DigiDoc(spelling?) measure cpu temps?
