If i have a 5400 rpm hd as master and a 7200 rpm hd as slave on the same ide, would both hd's run at 5400?

yeah i tried one stick of ram and the power supply is a 480 watt antec. now for the other come on guys i know you read the post, you can not relax the timing on the ram if you cant get in the bios but i think i will be sending it back anyways.

well, i never saw the F1 and F2 funtions, they weren't listed. and Viper, i can't even upgrade to the newest BIOS, i can't even get into a dos prompt with it. It stops at post and won't let me go any farther. SYSTEM HALT..........ERROR I have already contacted newegg and i am RMA'ing it back...

i have tried all that, same thing. System Halted..........Error Can not get into BIOS at all. I'm RMA'ing it back to newegg and have another go at it. I think possibly the board is corrupt :( -shiggy

Just built with nothing attached but vid card, proccesor, heatsink and fan. i can not get into the bios and it keeps giving me a system halt error. says system failed due to overcloocking and cmos not set right. well tried resetting it but no luck and cant fix anything because i cant get into...

anybody have any ideas on this? thanks shiggy

My nephew was over the other day and installed MSN Messenger 5.0 on my system, I have removed it all but now Outlook takes forever to launch. Any ideas or suggestions on how to improve it. Outlook is even very laggy once i get into the program. BTW, it's outlook 6 thanks shiggy

Is it possible to game on one and still be able to browse the web on the other one? I have a dual monitor setup right now, but can't seem to figure it out if it is possible at all. And yes, i am a n00b to dual monitors :-) thanks shiggy

I have built my system a few months ago, and i did not install a floppy drive. Only problem i see now is that i can not update my BIOS. There has to be a way that i can update BIOS with a cd correct? I mean to boot into dos and run the update for the BIOS. if so, please explain to me. :-)...
