i recommend having a hardware firewall which would be your router, a software firewall which could be norton or whatever floats your boat, then using winxp's built in firewall if you have it.

Just buy a switch and hook up both routers to it.

every 2 months or so you should clean out all the dust from the motherboard because the dust creates more heat between the parts. So it will be a good idea to clean it out.

what router are you using? what duplex are you running at?

hehe i would get dual p4's with 800mhz fsb or an amd opteron since they both have high cache and fsb.
