The X-2 has 2 cores on the same die, making multitasking a breeze with it. Each core operates at 2.0 Ghz and each core has 512 KB of L2 Cache. I'm not sure if L2 Cache makes a big difference from 512 KB to 1 MB though.

if your going to be overclocking, i suggest you get some good RAM with heatspreaders and very low timings, such as the Gskill stuff that is 169 bucks at newegg. Those have timings of 2.5-3-3-6 and have good heatspreaders.

also, i dont really like black things. thats why i went with a nice sliver looking case, and i went with the silver LCD. So, hyundai isnt the way to go with LCD's?

wouldnt the X2 4400+ be a better choice because of the extra cache and higher operating frequency? if not the 3800+ would the 4200+ be a better choice over the 4400?

um there should be no grease required to install that particular heatsink. Maximum PC says it should take only about a few seconds to install it.
